Cancellation Policy

No refunds are available for prepaid sessions. If you need to cancel a prepaid session, you will receive a one-time use coupon code to reschedule the cancelled prepaid session. Please give at least 24 hours notice whenever possible if you need to cancel a session. Customers who frequently cancel sessions, especially with less than 24 hours' notice, may be notified that they will forfeit future rescheduling coupon codes and will be charged for any future missed sessions. We would prefer not to do this, so we humbly ask that you respect your and our time and only schedule sessions which you intend to keep.
