Cancellation Policy
Please give at least 24 hours notice whenever possible if you need to cancel a session. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice for avoidable reasons will be subject to payment. Customers who frequently cancel sessions, especially with less than 24 hours' notice, may be asked to prepay for sessions with no refunds available. We would prefer not to do this, so we humbly ask that you respect your and our time and only schedule sessions which you intend to keep.
